You Surface Book 1 should compatible with Zoom Meeting. Can you try to contact Zoom support to check on this also. Can you try to access the link using Internet Explorer? If as a Standard User, please try using an Admin account. If still you're having difficulties in installing Zoom, please try to do these steps first then attempt again to install the app:.
